VOMP was born right here on the Gold Coast. More than just an athleisure brand, our name is a play on a popular Australian coffee order. Our first collection "FAVOURITES" is a heartfelt tribute to our favourite people; the friends, and loved ones who supported this dream from day one. We wanted to create something that feels like your favorite daily ritual: comforting, essential, and effortlessly premium.

What is the return policy?
Returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Sale items may not be eligible for returns
How to return
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. We do NOT offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you require a different size, we are happy to offer a size exchange (subject to stock availability) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions above. If your requested exchange size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a full refund once your original item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether it is eligible for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If a return is deemed ineligible, the item will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense upon request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
